哪些人需要做消化道内镜检查？

1、有上腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、反酸、嗳气。吞咽困难、吞咽疼痛胸骨后烧灼感等不适，疑有食道、胃、十二指肠炎症、溃疡及肿瘤的患者。

　　2、有呕血、黑便等症状，疑上消化道出血的患者，需确定有上消化道出血、但病因及部位不明的患者或需在内镜下作止血治疗的患者。

　　3、有与胃相关的全身症状(如不明原因的消瘦、贫血、左锁骨上淋巴结肿大等)的患者。

　　4、影像检查(如上消化道钡餐检查)疑有上消化道病变而未能被确诊者。

　　5、某些上消化道疾病(溃疡、萎缩性胃炎、癌前病变等)的定期复查及药物治疗前后或手术后疗效的评价。

　　6、胃、十二指肠隆起性病变，或息肉需在内镜下切(或摘)除的患者。
